Amazon - Buy with Prime
Context & Challenge
Amazon launched Buy with Prime, a consumer-facing program for U.S. merchants, but adoption was slow. While awareness increased, merchants struggled to understand why the product mattered and how to integrate it into their direct-to-consumer sites. Inconsistent messaging across the website, lifecycle emails, and sales conversations created confusion and slowed adoption.
What I Did
I redefined the core product narrative and value proposition, tailoring messaging and educational content to resonate with both existing Amazon sellers and non-sellers. I led the creation of product explainer videos to support self-service understanding and registration, rebuilt the marketing acquisition email strategy, and refined sales outreach talk tracks to ensure a consistent and compelling story across channels.
Outcome
Improved SMB merchant lead-to-launch conversion by 24% within one month, supported by a clear, unified product story used consistently across web, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement—making the value easier for merchants to grasp and teams easier to align.

Bytedance - Lark
Context & Challenge
ByteDance’s Lark, a collaboration and productivity SaaS, expanded from its home market into the U.S. While the product resonated with technical users, it struggled to connect with a broad range of business buyers due to unclear positioning, generic messaging, and limited category context at launch.
What I Did
I repositioned the product around buyer problems and use cases, developed industry- and persona-specific messaging frameworks, and created a new homepage narrative to improve engagement and conversion. I also delivered clear GTM guidance and core assets, including landing pages, product explainer videos, sales decks, and customer success stories.
Outcome
A market-ready positioning foundation that clarified what the product is, who it’s for, and why it’s different—enabling a confident U.S. launch and a stronger, more focused GTM motion.

Context & Challenge
Amazon launched Seller Wallet, a financial program embedded within Seller Central for sellers operating across global marketplaces. Sellers perceived it as a “nice to have” rather than an essential part of their business, and adoption lagged due to unclear differentiation and an underdeveloped value narrative.
What I Did
I led competitive analysis and in-depth seller interviews to uncover adoption barriers, partnered closely with product and UX to align messaging across key product surfaces, and built sales enablement assets—including battle cards, case studies, and pricing one-pagers—to support go-to-market execution.
Outcome
A sharper, more intuitive value narrative that clarified why Seller Wallet mattered, created demand among targeted sellers, and showed how it fit naturally into existing global selling workflows.

Amazon - Seller Wallet
Context & Challenge
Alibaba.com launched Trade Assurance, an order protection program designed to safeguard transactions from payment to delivery and build trust between global buyers and suppliers. Buyers were accustomed to using Alibaba.com primarily for supplier discovery and completing transactions offline, making on-platform communication, payment, and fulfillment a major behavior shift. At the same time, many visitors were not high-intent buyers, leading suppliers to question the effectiveness of Trade Assurance as a growth driver.
What I Did
I developed positioning that reframed Alibaba.com from a supplier directory into an end-to-end B2B commerce marketplace, simplified complex ordering and payment flows into clear buyer guides, created buyer success stories to reinforce trust and risk reduction, and spearheaded a marketing partnership pilot with Jungle Scout to attract high-intent buyers.
Outcome
A clear, confidence-building product narrative that positioned Trade Assurance as a foundational layer of trust for cross-border B2B transactions. The platform has since scaled from $100M to $50B in GMV, and the Jungle Scout partnership delivered a 35× conversion lift, evolving into a product integration and a new high-intent acquisition channel.
